UPDATE: Bilderberg Secrecy Exposed During Parliamentary Debate
MP Michael Meacher is to ask an “urgent question” about the Bilderberg Group in Parliament following Prime Minister David Cameron’s visit with the secretive organization while the country is embroiled in a huge lobbying scandal.

Image: YouTube
“Michael Meacher, Labour MP for Oldham West and Royton, is to ask an urgent question on the Bilderberg conference, on Monday 10 June in the House of Commons,” reports the official Parliamentary website. “The question is expected to commence at 3.30pm, following the conclusion of questions to the Home Office.”
Meacher made an appearance at the site of the protest against the Bilderberg Group last week during which he insisted the organization should be held accountable. Meacher is seeking to find out what was decided at Bilderberg and how it will effect government policy.
“My objection is that it’s being done in utter secrecy with the police keeping everyone else out,” said Meacher, adding, “When they all get together, it’s not just to have a chat about the latest problem, it is to concert plans for the future of capitalism in the West.”
Prime Minister David Cameron attended the Bilderberg confab on Friday, meeting in secret with power brokers who have a proven track record of steering global affairs from behind the scenes with complete contempt for democracy. Cameron came to power promising his government would represent the most “transparent” in history.
The Bilderberg Group was blown wide open over the weekend when Alex Jones disrupted a BBC Sunday Politics show after being told to “shut up” by host Andrew Neal.
Bilderberg members Ken Clarke and Ed Balls were also forced to address Bilderberg during the show, and Balls was confronted twice about the issue, once by Alex Jones, once by Paul Joseph Watson, after the taping.
Watch a Sky News interview with MP Michael Meacher below in which the MP explains how Bilderberg clearly will have an impact on government policy. The video of Meacher’s question in Parliament will be added to this story later today.

Bilderberger Ed Balls confronted on secretive meeting and lies when he claims he is not a minister

There seems to be a conspiracy to get Alex Jones to make a fool on himself on TV.

There seems to be a conspiracy to get Alex Jones to make a fool on himself on TV. On Sunday morning he appeared on the BBC’s Sunday Politics to talk about the Bilderberg Group – as you can see in the video above. It starts fairly quietly enough but, over the length of the interview, Jones gets wound up and up and finally explodes. It comes at 4.40, after Andrew Neil politely requests that his guest “shut it” for the umpteenth time. That’s Jones’ cue to throw a bananas rant about how the Euro is a Nazi plot, the government is killing us with water and “You will not stop freedom!”
The frustrating thing about Jones is that his clowning around makes it harder to take the questions he raises seriously. And some of those questions are important. We’re currently going through the biggest big government scandal since Watergate, with revelation after revelation of mass surveillance and political harassment. It’s actually not unreasonable to ask if government is out of control and whose interests it really serves. The problem is that Jones takes reasonable questions and provides bat sh*t crazy answers that then discredit the questions.

Bilderberg PR diversions concealed massive police build-up in advance of Watford event

'This year’s Bilderberg 2013 meeting has witnessed and extraordinary culture of secrecy surrounding the security operation, at a time when the public are told that austerity is the order of the day. But that’s not all…
Police officials are maintaining that the reason for such secrecy in advance of the event, and the extraordinary security measures has all been done in order ‘to combat the threat of terrorism’. Some might feel otherwise – that this hugely expensive exercise has been hidden in order to limit the public’s knowledge and access to the Bilderberg meeting, which in turn has helped interested parties in controlling press coverage, and keeping activists from learning too much, too soon about the secretive event.'

Although the ‘official’ guest list for Bilderberg has been made public through the major media for the first time  this year, the real interest will be in who is NOT on the list…

Today’s Bilderberg coverage which was streamed live on the Guerilla Media Network, saw the UK’s Liberty Tactics team reveal from reports on the ground in Watford that both Hillary Clinton and her husband, former US President Bill Clinton, were spotted entering Bilderberg’s Grove Hotel today, along with luminaries David Rockefeller and Henry Kissenger.

Bilderberg 2013: Friendly Policemen, a Press Zone and the One Show

Watford, sunny Watford, has changed the hitherto secretive Bilderberg conference forever. In a freshly strimmed corner of the grounds of the Grove Hotel, half a mile from the most important international policy conference in the world, something remarkable happened: the mainstream press showed up. In droves.

Reuters, AP, Channel 4 News, the Times, the Telegraph, the Press Association, London Tonight. The BBC had at least three radio reporters here.

While they talked and reported, on the first day of the four-day event, politicians and businessmen sped past behind blacked-out windows: the guest list, published for the first time, includes George Osborne, Ed Balls, the founder of Amazon, chairman of Google and the chief executives of both BP and Shell.

Tory MP Douglas Carswell accuses prime minister of joining 'unaccountable clique of Davos men' at luxury hotel in Watford

Demonstrators protest against people arriving for the Bilderberg group summit in WatfordDavid Cameron has been accused of joining the "unaccountable clique of Davos men" after he attended the secretive Bilderberg group meeting at the luxury Grove hotel in Watford, a move that raised questions about his pledge to lead Britain's most transparent government.
Douglas Carswell, the Tory MP who campaigns for transparency in government, said the prime minister was taking part in a "cliche fest" whose participants had helped crash the global financial system. Davos is the town in Switzerland which hosts an annual meeting of global political and business leaders.

Cameron came under fire after Downing Street said it was acting in an open manner by publicising his attendance at the annual Bilderberg meeting in advance. The prime minister's spokesman, who said heads of government of countries hosting the annual Bilderberg meeting were usually invited to attend, said it would be a private event and that civil servants would not accompany Cameron.

Ministers are usually expected to be accompanied by civil service note-takers when they meet business leaders. Henri de Castries, the chairman and CEO of the Axa Group, is the Bilderberg chairman.
The prime minister's spokesman said: "He will participate in a discussion around domestic and global economic issues. He feels it is an opportunity to discuss economic issues with senior ministers, businesspeople and academics."Downing Street said it would not publicise any details of the meeting: "It is a private meeting so we are not going to go into any further details."

"On a wider point the prime minister has always been clear about the importance of transparency which is why this government has taken a number of steps in terms of publishing more data, more information about meetings."

Carswell told the Guardian: "Given the dreadful state that most European countries are in – and given the appalling public policy failures that landed us in this mess – you would have thought the least our ruling elite could do is discuss these issues in public. This is only going to add to the idea that we are governed by an unaccountable clique of Davos men

Delegates for a private conference of top politicians and businesspeople from around the world have started to arrive at a luxury country hotel.

Several cars with blacked-out windows entered the gates of the Grove hotel, near Watford, Hertfordshire, on Thursday morning for the secretive meeting of the Bilderberg Group.

It is thought billionaire executives from multinational companies such as Amazon and Google, high-ranking political figures including the chancellor, George Osborne, and even members of royal families are among the 130 or so attendees.

Amid tight security, members of the press and a handful of protesters gathered in a fenced-off area just inside the grounds of the hotel, but some half a mile from the redbrick hotel.
As delegates arrived for the four-day meeting, protesters heckled their cars as they disappeared down the driveway.

1000 Points of Light: Bilderberg 2013's Infinite NWO Connections

Aaron Dykes and Melissa Melton
Activist Post

Well, it’s that time of the year again — Bilderberg.

Endless connections abound at the annual meeting where leading members of industry, banking, politics, finance, technology and the military industrial complex come together behind closed doors in secret to inform policy that affects all of our lives.

With the usual suspects pretty well known for those who follow Bilderberg, we’ve decided to highlight a few of the potentially lesser-known attendees, and little known influence over world affairs. Let’s take a closer look at who some of these people are…and why it matters...

Six Canadians invited to secretive Bilderberg conference

Six Canadians are among the powerful group of business leaders, academics and media invited to this year’s highly secretive Bilderberg conference, according to the official guest list.
The annual conference, which starts Thursday in Hertfordshire, U.K., is a private, off-the-record event where participants can freely share thoughts about issues of mutual concern to Europe and North America, according to the group’s website.
The high-profile, invitation-only list this year includes such household names as Henry Kissinger, a former U.S. Secretary of State; David Petraeus, the U.S. army general who retired as head of the CIA amid a sex scandal; and Jeff Bezos, founder and chief executive of Amazon.com.
Among the Canadians are Loblaw Cos. Ltd. executive chairman Galen Weston; Indigo Books & Music Inc. chief executive officer Heather Reisman; and Ed Clark, president and chief executive officer of TD Bank Group.
Reisman and Clark also sit on the Bilderberg committee that prepares the conference program and selects the participants.
Other Canadians on this year’s guest list include Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall; Frank McKenna, a former New Brunswick premier who now chairs Brookfield Asset Management and Rob Prichard, chair of Torys LLP and former president and chief executive officer of Torstar Corp.

Bilderberg 2013: Welcome to 1984 - Charlie Skelton

Relax: thanks to Goldman Sachs and other 'donors', this year's conference will be cost-neutral for Hertfordshire – despite the construction of the Great Wall of Watfor

The Great Wall of Watford

 Bilderberg Fence Pics

After 59 years of Bilderbgerg guests scuttling about in the shadows, ducking lenses and dodging the news, that's the rationale we're given? The same rationale, presumably, is behind the Great Wall of Watford, a concrete-and-wire security fence encircling the hotel. As ugly as it is unnecessary, it looks like the kind of thing you throw yourself against in a stalag before being machine-gunned from a watchtower. Appropriately fascistic, you might say, if you regard fascism as "the merger of corporate and government power", as Mussolini put it.

The same threat of "terrorism" was used to justify the no-pedestrian, no-stopping zones near the venue. The police laid out their logic: they had "no specific intelligence" regarding a terror threat. However, in recent incidents, such as Boston and Woolwich, there had been no intelligence prior to the attack. Therefore the lack of any threat of a terror attack fitted exactly the profile of a terror attack. The lack of a threat was a threat. Welcome to 1984.

Rhodes admitted that the anti-terror zones were flexible, and that residents would be allowed to pass through to their homes. But their value for security, he said, was that if people gathered in these zones who did not live locally, "they can easily be moved on" – not because they are terrorists but simply because they are gathering. That's the great thing about the threat of terrorism: it's so infinitely applicable.

No minutes, no press conferences - just the world's power brokers

From tomorrow, Watford’s finest hotel and spa will host the secretive Bilderberg conference where power brokers may include Cameron, Kissinger and even Obama. Joy Lo Dico gets a room

No minutes, no press conferences - just the world's power brokers chewing the fat on the issues of the day. It's the Bilderberg conference - and it's coming to a suburb near you

From tomorrow, Watford’s finest hotel and spa will host the secretive Bilderberg conference where power brokers may include Cameron, Kissinger and even Obama. Joy Lo Dico gets a room

As the last few diners pay the bill in a sleepy Carluccio’s in Watford, the waiter serving me an espresso also serves the hottest piece of town gossip for centuries. “I’ve heard President Obama is coming too,” he says. “How do you know?” I ask. He winds me back, through what the wife of the friend of the brother of someone told him, to the source — a member of staff at The Grove.

Hold on? Obama at The Grove, the luxury hotel that usually hosts the England football team before games at Wembley? In Watford?

Tomorrow, the country house style retreat and spa that soothes the brows of Hugh Grant and the Beckhams will host this year’s Bilderberg Group conference, in which the world’s power brokers meet under Chatham House rules to kick around the talking points of the day. According to the Bilderberg website, it is “an annual conference designed to foster dialogue between Europe and North America”, with “off-the-record discussions about mega-trends” and the major issues facing the world. If you choose to believe the conspiracy theorists, Bilderberg is running a shadow world government away from the eyes of the media.

This year’s official participant list, released by Bilderberg in a new spirit of openness, must have been put together by a Machiavellian genius to confound the agitators. They will have expected Chancellor George Osborne, puppeteer of the British economy, but what has his Labour counterpart Ed Balls done accepting the invitation? Prince of Darkness Peter Mandelson is a shoo-in but cuddly liberal Shirley Williams too? Eric Schmidt, CEO of the all-seeing Google, clinking glasses on the terrace with internet freedom fighter Lawrence Lessig? And why Watford?

The secrecy of Bilderberg is also the fascination. Founded in 1954, it takes its name from its first venue, the Hotel de Bilderberg in Oosterbeek in the Netherlands. No minutes are taken nor press conferences held but world leaders from Tony Blair and Bill Clinton to Angela Merkel have all rubbed shoulders with business leaders and academics in this private sphere.

Officially there this weekend are the cream of the Eurocracy — Jose Barroso, president of the European Commission, former Italian prime minister Mario Monti and present Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte — as well as the bosses of BP, Goldman Sachs and defence firms EADS and BAE Systems and of course the regular Henry Kissinger.

Those are the public names. You could take a punt that Mark Carney, the new governor of the Bank of England might also appear, perhaps even former French president Nicolas Sarkozy who has been padding around London this week. Boris Johnson is conveniently on holiday but Prime Minister David Cameron inconveniently not and, with so many bigshots in Watford, can he afford not to drop in?

Bilderberg's Glamour and Secrecy Comes to the UK

  • As Britain's Queen celebrates 60 years since her coronation, another formidable bastion of power and dominance passes its own Diamond Jubilee: the Bilderberg Group meets in Watford, U.K. this week for the 61st time. The annual conference will see around 140 political leaders and experts from other fields - industry, finance, academia and the media - partake in secretive and informal discussions about the matters of the day. Two-thirds of the guests are from Europe; the rest from North America. This year's areas of interest include nationalism and populism, Africa's challenges, cyber warfare, ... (full story)

Bilderberg 2011 Documents: Proof That Meetings Dictate Government Policy

'Section 35(1)(a) - information relating to the formulation or development of government policy.
Hold on a second. Doesn’t the Bilderberg official website (www.bilderbergmeetings.org) state:
"…no detailed agenda, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued."
But even if there was any doubt that the 35 (1)(a) exemption would hold, Section 36 (2)(b)(i) would cover it. This exemption states:
Section 36 (2)(b)(i) - covering the free and frank provision of advice.
It goes onto state on the second and third paragraph of page 4, "Some of the information in the readout from the Chancellor’s discussions also contains elements which are intended to inform future Government policy."’

It’s the most important and influential conference you’ve never heard of

Watford puzzled as Bilderberg luminaries let in a little light

Seated in a kiosk in Watford’s market hall, Tina the Psychic Tarot Reader appears to have little foreknowledge of the international event shortly to arrive on her doorstep.
“What are they doing coming to Watford?” she asks, echoing a widely felt sense of surprise among her fellow market traders that world leaders, diplomats, corporate heads and academics were about to descend on the Hertfordshire town on Thursday.
St Moritz and Versailles have been among the previous venues for the three-day Bilderberg conference, an annual gathering of between 120 and 150 luminaries from Europe and North America.
But the event, which describes itself as “a forum for informal, off-the-record discussion about megatrends and the major issues facing the world”, has this year chosen The Grove, a luxury hotel and golf course on the outskirts of Watford.

Therefore, we thought it is the last chance to look around on the site.

We said we are guests and reserved a table at the restaurant for lunch.
I must say, the Bilderbergs have already chosen the most chic place.
We sat in glorious sunshine on the terrace and enjoyed fine dining; we were able to simultaneously have a look around on the area.
After dinner we walked around the grounds and watched as around the hotel a steel mesh fence is erected.
Since we have found no one else from the truther scene, the below are probably the most exclusive pictures of the security measures.
